Refund Policy

Levolve is free. There are no purchases today, so there is nothing to refund.

If we ever sell something

If we add optional purchases in the future, these rules will apply:

Cosmetic only. Anything for sale will change how the game looks or sounds, such as card frames or styles. XP, levels, ranks, cards and leaderboard places will never be for sale, and nothing bought will give an advantage.
Bought on Google Play. Purchases made in the Android app are processed by Google Play, and Google Play’s refund policies apply. Within 48 hours of buying, you can usually request a refund directly from Google Play. After that, contact us and we will help.
Bought on the website. If we ever sell items on the website, we will state the refund terms before you pay.
Your legal rights. These rules do not affect any rights you have under consumer protection law.
