Community Guidelines
Levolve is about real experiences that make life bigger. These rules apply to quests you submit, your @handle and display name, league names and feedback. Every submitted quest is reviewed before other players see it.
A good quest
- Is something a person can really do, and is clear about what counts as done.
- Is safe for a reasonable adult who takes normal care.
- Is legal where it happens.
- Is open to many people, not one private place or one business.
Not allowed
- Danger: stunts, dares or anything that risks serious injury, including to others.
- Anything illegal: trespassing, entering closed or restricted areas, vandalism, drugs or breaking local rules.
- Hate and harassment: anything that attacks people for who they are, or targets a person.
- Sexual content of any kind.
- Private places and people: home addresses, private property, or anything that identifies a private person.
- Harm to nature: disturbing, feeding or touching wildlife where it is not allowed, leaving the trail where it is forbidden, or taking anything from protected places.
- Advertising and spam: promoting a business, product or account, or submitting the same thing again and again.
- Impersonation: names that pretend to be another person, a brand or Levolve staff.
Respect sacred places and local customs
Many quests visit temples, churches, mosques, shrines and other places of faith. Quests must treat them with respect: follow dress codes and visiting rules, never make a sacred place the subject of a joke or dare, and never ask players to enter areas closed to visitors.
Play honestly
Mark a quest complete only when you really did it. Fair play keeps the leaderboards meaningful for everyone.
What happens when rules are broken
We may decline or edit a submitted quest, change a name, remove content, remove unfairly earned progress, or suspend an account. For serious or repeated breaches we may close the account.
Report a problem
If you see a quest, name or league that breaks these rules, tap Report on the player’s profile, the quest or the league in the app, or email xernaitech@gmail.com with a link or the @handle. We look at every report.
