Delete your Levolve account
You can delete your account at any time. Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.
How to delete it
- Sign in to Levolve on the web or in the Android app.
- Open Settings and choose Delete account.
- Type your @handle to confirm.
Cannot sign in? Email xernaitech@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, and we will delete the account for you.
What is deleted
- Your profile, @handle and display name
- Your XP, levels, rank and titles
- Your streaks and streak shields
- Your completed, bucket-list and daily quests, your cards and your passport stamps
- Your saved city
- Your friend league memberships
- Push notification registrations for your devices
- Your feedback notes and reports
What is kept
- Quests you submitted stay with Levolve, without your name on them.
- Friend leagues you created pass to their longest-standing member, so your friends keep their league.
